Wonder if anyone here can help me with this-

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone (02 Irl Network) that will not read any Sim cards and has been stuck in ''flight'' mode since February.
After attempting several unsuccessful factory and hard resets, I had a few tech savvy friends look at it. They have all agreed that it needs to have the IMEI re-encoded into the phone as the EFs directory has been corrupted.

How much should I expect to fix a corrupted / Efs directory and (or?) have the IMEI re-encoded into the phone, rather than pay the €200-€300 or so for a new board?

The phone was purchased at the Carphone Warehouse back in June 2011- everything else works perfectly well on the device

    Thanks in advance

About 30 euro to fix the efs and reapply the original imei number.
