how do you lose those love handles

    13 Stone / 82/83 kilos

    Workout : Advanced TRX two/ three times a week for 20 months
    Cycling twice a week: 40 -50 km per cycle.

    I dont take any protein drinks , shakes etc pre or post workout.

    although in shape, I cant seem to lose the love handles

    what do I need to cut out?
    Wheat, bread, sugar? I do have sweet tooth

    Eat alot of Veg/Chicken fish No red meat.

    Do I need to change in terms of taking protein or is it the timing of eating?

    All you can really do is Watch your Diet, make sure its clean and maybe try doing some pilates training
    If eating Bread try Brown /whole grain cut out the White bread.. As you said your self you have a sweet tooth, that is one issue

    Losing weight is not hard.

    1. Weightlift
    2. Cardio
    3. Eat clean ( High protein, low carb, high (good) fats)

    It's all about calories ingested vs. calories expended.

    If you're not losing weight 80% of the time i'd put it down to diet.

    Post up your diet here for better advice.
