Selling food locally (few questions)

    Im looking to sell some food produce locally (beef jerky). Just a few questions that im unsure with.

    When doing so do you need to label it with all your ingredients.

    I would also be looking to find out the protein, energy, and fat levels of the beef. is there a easy way of doing so.

    Also looking to vacuum pack the glass jars. is there a handy device out there to do that, its your standard glass screw top jars.

    Maybe a few daft questions there but still need to know the answers :) thanks in advance.
