Ants

Mother f**** ants... I'm after getting destroyed by the buggers.

I was out weeding/trimming a foot high stone wall that divides the front garden from the driveway. I was kneeling on the ground and felt a sting, though id knelt on a nettle or thistle or some such... but no, there was a load of ants crawling around. There after eating one ankle and I have a few bites on the other leg and jazuz does it sting!!!

So... is there any way to stop them eating me temporarily? Or is there a part of the day where they are less active? I don't necessarily mind them out there as the front garden isn't used all that often, but I want to get it tidied up without getting eaten alive!

    Any advice much appreciated!

    Cheers!
