Custom Cycle Jersey

We are cycling around Ireland in September and are creating a custom cycle jersey. It is simply a plain white jersey and I have arranged for a company to print the logos and websites of local business' that sponsor us onto the jersey.

Has anyone done anything similar and could offer advice and things we should look out for or recommend somewhere to get quality plain jersey? I have done quite a bit of research into the print methods as there is a special type to print onto polyester/ lycra so that shouldn't be an issue.

I know you say that you've got a company lined up to print onto plain jerseys, but I reckon you'd be better off getting a specialised company to do the whole lot. The original boards kit was done by Carvalho Custom, and a later one was done by Velotec I think.

Spin11 are another choice (I think they do Orwell Wheelers kit among others).

I don't know where you'd get plain jerseys from however.

Used spin 11 before and it's good. Also try powerhouse... they make kit I've used in the past for another sport, but they make good cycling kit!

I am only getting two jerseys printed and the larger companies aren't really cost effective, they gear more towards bulk orders.
