Looking for some advice on who to see for IT band issues, not looking for advice on a cure but, mods, please feel free to remove if you think it's inappropriate. I've been to a physio but no joy. Should I visit a doctor, osteopath, different physio?

Give general location so you can find a better physio.

Sorry don't have a contact no for him.
Don't think you need an appointment. He is accross the road from Dolman hotel

presume you've tried foam rolling? I was with a physio for about 4 sessions for ITB. Treatment was great. Felt great relief. However, once I got a foam roller i was able to manage treating it myself. Saved myself a fortune since.

Yeah tried it but its provided no relief at all. At this stage I just want to see someone else who may or may not diagnose something else, I've been off the road now for about 4 weeks missing killarney marathon and I won't make waterford either, all I can do is a mile at the moment and it goes.

ah, that's crap. By all accounts Star is your man then. You might have to wait half the day to see him but if you have the time it'd be well worth the trip. good luck

Star is the man. If he's good enough for half the Jamaican and American sprint teams I reckon he'd be ok!:D
