Soundproofing boiler pump?

HI, have a very loud boiler pump in my apartment. Anyone ever get a soundproofing enclosure/box for this type of thing? Lots of apartments seem to have this problem.

Boiler pumps are not loud unless there is an issue such as worn bearings.

My guess is the op is referring to a booster pump.A pic of the pump would be very handy then someone will be able to advise
