The National Library of Ireland (www.nli.ie) has very extensive archives of old newspapers.

Irish Newspaper Archive - slow and kludgy, but it may give you an idea what you want. And you may be able to email yourself an image of the front page and save it to a flash drive and print it out big in Reads or somewhere.

    Pearse Street Library.

I can't understand, actually, why the archive libraries don't have particular historic papers on the computer ready to press a button and print out for a few cents.

Incidentally, OP, there was a hiatus in printing some of the papers over the few days around the Rising.
