    Hi,

Has anyone used AirBnB to let out their rented apartment whilst on holiday for example? Are they allowed? Would they need the landlords permission?

    Thanks

Chances are it won't be allowed by your lease and also if it's an apartment that the management company's lease with your landlord would also prohibit using the apartment for commercial activity.

There may also be planning permission issues for short-term lettings.
