    hi,

    looking for ball park figures.
New build block garage, 8m x 5m, with lights and plugs, main door, side door, windows. Maybe with an overhang on one side to use as a porch.

    thanks

I built one (well organised its building) about three years ago.
    Approx 6m * 4m.
Cavity wall block build (no insul).
2 windows (which I purchased cheap and built shed to their size)
    1 side door
    1 roller door
    plastered outside only
    Pointed walls inside
electrics - lights and 3 double sockets
    slate roof

    Cost was approx €9000.

Note that ifit's over 25 sq meters you will more than likely need planning permission.

I organised and paid each trade separately.
Included the following - foundation, blocklayer (i bought the blocks), roofer (just did the slates - I roofed with my dad), plasterer, electrician. I also put in the windows and door.
Garage roller door was bought from and installed by a company.
