And you've ruled out the obvious, made sure you've selected the right input, maybe tried another cable, or tried the cable with another device?

Yurn down the hdmi to 720p and see if it works often come across this problem with older tvs that cannot display 1080i and have come across loads of Walker lcd with the same problems even new tv's.
