are you buyin' or sellin' ?

to be honest you might get someone to pay 5K for it ... then again, most 2005 vehicles are worth slightly less than 5K (depending on condition, mileage etc)

seller has a better condition 2006 model http://www.kirwancars.ie/viewanad.php?ad_id=852599 only 22K on the clock the thing was not driven at all !!, the 2005 has around 150K on it !!

Adams of Glin have a 2004 for less than 5K (less mileage than the 2005) ...but its not blue ! http://www.adamsofglin.ie/used-cars/Subaru/Impreza/1.6-**4/27113427819184840/

    2002 model for under 5K ... again...still not blue http://cars.donedeal.ie/for-sale/cars/5132257

I would offer €50 and see what seller has in mind, really hate these non priced adverts.

Do you think this would go for under 5k?

Don't think so. They range from €6K+ and its a WRX. I wouldn't buy a cheap one.

I bought my 05 WRX with 60k miles for 6k 1 year ago now. I got it from Subaru club and that would be the first place I would look for Subaru again.
So you could try 5k for it, but I really doubt you will pay less then that.

Just a little note for you. Check insurance on subaru impreza first, because companies are afraid of it like fire. I was 26 with 5 ncb and every single company was turning me down.
Second note, you looking for a fast car. Fast car is a relative term. WRX is not a slow car by any means, but I am looking at it more as a car, that has some power when needed and still civil to be used as daily car. WRX is AWD car and with insane grip. There is no drama about it when you drive it "fast". Damn thing never kicks out a tail and goes perfectly in to corners. 220hp makes it shift fast, but in the end of the day it is heavy car too.
If you really looking for FAST car, you better off with STI. Just keep in mind, running costs are higher, its less comfortable on daily basis.
And last thing: hawkeye (06++ impreza ) get 2.5l boxer engines. Some subaru heads dont really like them and its not about tax too.

That's presumably because it's been sitting in a garage for the last number of years getting pieces put back on after being put through a hedge or something. 22k on a 7 year old car I don't think so.

I Find with these guys who do not mention the price in the advert is looking an arm and leg for it, I dont even bother now to ring these guys as always a waste of time as looking far too much. wouldnt like this car with over 120k miles anyway

same as that, if they can't be bothered to price it you tend to be dealing with an a$$. I would never ring a non priced advert any more..

Same. When I was looking for last car I called a fella in Killarney about his r32 skyline with no Price tag. Got a stupid price tag, 300hp with a prove of "well my friend has the same mods and thats how much hp his car made!", leavingthe country, thats why selling.
No price tag - HUGE sign that seller is a knob.
