Anyone training in Blackrock

Hi all!

So I was very active on here many moons ago, but then left the country, and hence, no gymming as I was broke! So finally have a job, and can join the gym again, thinking Blackrock gym, because it seems to be the best one around the area. (I know Ironsides is supposed to be great too.)

Was wondering if anyone here is training in Blackrock gym, as it's been about 9 months since I was in the gym, and my lifts will all be sh1t, so I think I might need somebody to train with for the first week or two to get the auld motivation levels up, while I get my strength up and get back in the routine of lifting again.

It's a good set up down there.

Sound, well I'll join up in there for the month tomorrow and see what I think... A week of 'kitten strength' ahead... Never fun!
