E4HD and More4HD

Some of you may well have come upon this already but just a nice tip, that E4HD and More4HD are both viewable on a non-sky box with an active SKY hd sub. I know, I know, what's on the schedules of E4/MORE4 isn't anything to write home about but it's still good to have. :P

If you have an active HD sub, they are already in the EPG. Not getting your point.
