Hi I was wondering I'd anyone could help. I've applied for the cycle2work scheme through my job. The invoice was paid yesterday. Now from what I have read, the transfer should take 1 business day to complete. However when I rang the cycle shop to see if I could pick it up, I was told that it would take 7 working days for…

Hi I was wondering I'd anyone could help. I've applied for the cycle2work scheme through my job. The invoice was paid yesterday. Now from what I have read, the transfer should take 1 business day to complete. However when I rang the cycle shop to see if I could pick it up, I was told that it would take 7 working days for the payment to go through. Is what they said true? It was an Aib to Aib transfer ibb transfer. Should it take that long to transfer the money?
