Hey guys, I have never posted here before so i hope it's the right place but recently i have gotten back into training after a long break of a few months.
I have been doing a lot of weight training (nothing too heavy) and a bit of cardio too.
Yesterday I noticed some bruising on the inside of my right arm, more so the triceps. I was doing skull crushers and got a bit of a twinge a few days ago.
I figure I have just broke some blood vessels or something but a bit of peace of mind is all I'm looking for.
Is it normal to get these?

Sorry man, this borders on asking for medical advice so I have to close the thread. I'd recommend finding a sports physio, this is not normal for a first time trainee
