Hi OP

unfortunately we cannot approve your post for two reasons. Firstly due to the medical nature of your query but primarily we have to close and remove all suicidal threads on this forum.

Please review some of the links on our charter - there are people available right now to talk to which may help you.

In terms of what to do now, as well as these contacts can I strongly recommend that you present yourself at an emergency room and inform them of how you are feeling and why to ensure you get immediate medical attention.
Unfortunately it seems you have been through the ringer with consults, but all it takes is to find the right doctor/surgeon.
