Active eFiber cab

Hi, Just wondering could you tell me if the new eFiber cabs on the Sligo Road in Ballina are active. It's under the so called active zone but Vodafone say its not active yet? Just looking to clarify as there seems to be a lot of confusion over what cabs are active. Regards, Paul
