Well, I'm sure a lot of you probably already do know this stuff, but it's interesting and a bit of fun.
Feel free to add any that you can think of. :)

    • Frank Trigg once karate-chopped Bruce Buffer in the throat. They were in an elevator with Dana White at the time and they had a scrap in the lift while it was going up.
    • Zane Frasier kneed Cal Worsham in the chest which broke three ribs, one of them punctured his lung and barely missed his heart which was badly bruised. The doctors weren't sure if he was going to make it. It is still the worst injury to ever happen in UFC history. Interesting to note, that Worsham still won even after suffering that injury.
    • Rorion Gracie coordinated the final fight scene in the first Lethal Weapon movie.
    • Dan Severn is a former writer for Penthouse magazine.
    • Jeff Monson used to work as a childrens counsellor.
    • Bas Rutten was at a charity event after party when he accidentally stepped on the toes of NFL Linebacker Brian Urlacher. Bas apologized and offered to buy him a drink but Ulracher was pissed and asked Bas if he wanted to take it outside and Bas smiled and said "YES." Security stepped in and told Ulracher who Bas is. Ulracher apologized
    • UFC 76, which was dubbed "UFC Knockout" is the only event not to have a KO.
    • Brian Bowles fought Damacio Page twice. Once at WEC 35 and again at UFC on Versus 3. In both fights Bowles subbed Page with a guillotine at exactly 3:30 of the first round.
    • In the Zuffa ownership contract, the Fertita brothers have an official rule that if they become deadlocked and can't agree on an important decision, then it'll be officially settled with a bjj match which will be reffed by Dana White.

    I have a nice one.

Back in the early days, UFC shipped over Hyato Sakuri to fight Matt Hughes. It was a big deal at the time because he was one of the best in the world but it only happened by accident. Hyato had been LONG time Shooto Champion but had lost the title to an "unknown" up and comer.

The UFC tried to bring in the Champion, but the Champ couldn't get a Visa. So they brought in Sakuri instead.

The up and comer who couldn't get a Visa? Anderson Silva!

    • BJ Penn once fought Lyoto Machida at heavyweight to prove technique was better than size. He lost to a decision.

The Fertita's father was a big time mafia boss.

Tank Abbott sent bullets to the former UFC owners as he was waiting to be paid for a previous bout.
