Hotel ideas for anniversary present

Im looking for a picturesque hotel in a really nice area in Ireland to send my bro and his wife off to for their 1st yr anniversary. Im looking for a hotel with a spa and in an area that theyll have something to do, even if its just go look at scenery! Any ideas??

Cromleach Lodge, Sligo, is amazing. http://www.cromleach.com/ Lovely walks in the area and the spa is gorgeous. Request one of the newer rooms for even more luxury
Also Gregan's Castle in Clare http://www.gregans.ie/things-to-do/ is fab, no spa but they can arrange massages and reflexology, beautiful setting and food to die for

Not sure what the budget is but this would get my vote http://www.theeurope.com/ great hotel, spa and stunning views especially from the out door pool.

It all depends on your budget.

Personally if you want a hotel with a really good spa for them go with Monart
