Stay in doors! But other than the nastiness of that you'll be fine

Dont sip the Klean Prep, it tastes mank.
Just hold your nose and gulp it down, then stay near the loo.
The examination sounds a lot worse than it is.
All the best, hope all goes well.

The prep is the worst part. Honestly.

Keep the KleenPrep in the fridge, it's more palatable.

Keep a book beside the toilet.

    Have soft toilet tissue.

Keep hydrated (7-up or something sugary but not brown/red).

On Thursday morning keep warm - they'll find it easier to find a vein if you're warm.

Don't plan any life changing events on Thursday night, maybe just have a nice dinner!

The procedure itself is a breeze. Put on the gown, get the sedative, get oxygen, have a nap, feel a bit of pressure in your tummy, fart for a few hours... Tea and toast. BAM!

TK White lemonade is on sale in tesco for €1 pick up a couple of bottles of that gulp down the Prep and plan something fun for Friday to take your mind of this.

It's over quick enough, just relax about it, also don't do what I did before mine, I mixed up my days and took the prep 48 hours before rather than 24, spent the next day in bed drinking warm 7up and cold water, good luck.

Agree with everything apart from the keeping it in the fridge. I found it made it harder to lash back, room temperature was easier.
