Confusion about half marathon training plans

Ok so I am back on the running trail. Did the Dublin marathon in 2006 and since then have had four babies and struggled a bit to fit the running in.

Anyway last baby is now 1 and I just completed first 10k on Sunday in 52 mins, nothing fantastic but it has motivtaed me enough to aim for the Clontarf half marathon in July.

But I need some form of training pla so I can get more of a routine going and there are so many out there that I can't decide and then there is the hill trainign and sprints etc etc

i do TRX at home and some free weights to keep strength. I have limited time so any advice or pointing in right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Would love to reach 8 min miles if possible but time not a huge issue

    Thanks

    Lacreme

I'm following one of Hal Higdons training plans for that race:

Lacreme you sound like your doing great already (no ideas what your times were before mind!) but +1 on that training plan.
I'm also during Clontarf half-Best of luck with it. Fingers crossed the wind stays away!
