I'm not sure if this place is still open but, the Singer Pfaff shop on Foxes Bow services sewing machines. (Their advert says they service all makes of machine). There's also Lena's on William Street - they're definitely open but I don't know if they do repairs. I'm sure they could point you in the right direction though.
