Android on a stick equivalent of the Cotton Candy?

Are there any of these Android on a stick devices that have the Cotton Candy's nifty feature where it can take over a host computer? Would be really handy for me but I don't fancy shelling out €200 on something I can't really find any reviews for! Ta!
