Word 2007

    Hi folks. Am using Word 2007, Vista Operating System. Toshiba Satellite L500 13V
    When using word have noticed that my in built options seem to have dispappeared. First noticed it when using headers and footers and now have trying to insert a text box am not getting options for different text boxes. Am trying to complete online course so need to access these options.
    When using Quick Parts I also noticed bits missing!!
    Attached a file so you can see what I am getting.

    Are you saving in the new docx format or the older doc format (compatibility mode)?
