Just wondering before I take the plunge on a new Avanti Bike, could anyone advise whether it is a good brand and value for money. Im looking at the Giro 3 for under €1200.

Not to spoil your thread but where can you get these bikes? Seen they do a bike for sub 2k with full red groupset. Tempting.

Seen duranrider gave one a good review on youtube. He got the one with the sram red group and said bang for buck was unreal. Compared times to his cervello and their was nothing it it. If it has a decent groupset go for it.

I didnt see that review tbh...The Giro 3 has a mixture of Tiagra /105.

Fermoy Bike Shop sells them, which mightn't too far from you going by your "location". :)

I had an avanti giro for years. Bought in NZ in maybe 2003. Aluminium frame with carbon forks. Did many happy years of cycling on it till it was robbed.

I was a happy Avanti owner.
