We had one for year's and we were delighted to see the back of it... It was pure slow to wrap.. the cut and tie always gave us trouble, however I knew a lad that has one from New and swears by it.... Like any machine I suppose you can get a bad one too..

They are a solid machine allright.. the tyres are a bit small for them in my opinion..... You can change to a chain and sprocket system allright.. however we didn't do it, we switched to an o'Connor 5 years ago and haven't looked back.. at most u will only wrap 25 bales per hour with that tanco and if the bales are too wet the belt slips on them... Talcon powder comes in handy for the belts... Best of luck with it..

I jave one at home and I followed one with a contractor when I was younger.. solid machine.. never gave a bit og bother.. regarding the belt speed, dont change this. It is important that it over laps the previous wrap by half the height of it. 4 revolutions should wrap the bale in one layer and 16 should wrap it in 4 layers depending the size of the bale. The only advise I would give is to slow down the turn table slowly and not abruptly.. I haven't broken a shear pin in mine in years by doing this and I can wrap 50-55 bales an hr.. depends on the pump in the tractor... also if you plan on doing a lot of wrapping I would have a direct return to help keep oil cool..

    Tks for replys
Striped whole wrapper. Had to replace main table bearing. Put three new cables on alot better now.
Am I thick or is this wrapper fully manaul . Dose the autowrap unit do anything other than count... Power on the unit keeps reading 16..

Have the manual . Not much help on this.

Basically the proximity sensor on the table counts the number of revolutions of the table and you set the count you want (16 would be 4 layers on a 4x4) when it hit 15 an audible alarm will sound to tell you its nearly wrapped... and yes.. it is manual to wrap... not that auto!!
