Removing mold on seats? and perishing rubbers

I've an older car stored away which is kept outdoors , but under a good quality breathable maypole cover

Now I've seen worse, but as the car has been off the road for 3 years I've noticed a build up of fungi/mold on the seats/roof lining/dash

I think I remember being recommended using a Borax solution to kill off such growth.

Does anyone have experience with it? or Is there anything that else that would kill it off? (minus any overpowering odors)

Another thing: How do ye deal with perishing rubber on older cars?

Is there anything that can bring life back into it or is it a case of cutting new stuff to size?

I've used guttering sealant in the past for light clusters where the OEM gasket was of a poor design as it stays pliable , but it's messy
The likes of the sunroof rubber is badly perished and crumbling away

    Cheers
