Septec Tank Issue

Hi all, huge problems with my spetic tank looking for some help.

I have a Septec 2000 that appears to have broken down, the Aeration alarm is ringing constant and I cant reset.

Looked inside and the main tank is full. Aoppears to be full of crap on the top but water below.

Looked inside the aeriation tank and it looks as if it hasnt been used in ages, so I guess the unit hasnt been sucking through the water from the main tank.

I havent a clue what to do, who is the best person to get to come out and fix the unit? Do I need to get it empty first?

Also Any Idea what it could be? I had hoped it was just a fuse but cant seem to see a fuse anywhere. Could it be the pump is broken down and what is the likely cost to have it replaced and repaired.

Just looking for a rough idea on cost and where to go to get someone to fix it.

    Many Thanks.

I would say the pump is the most likely problem.Roughly the cost of a new pump would be €150-€250 but I'm not sure.Contact the supplier and get a price or try plumbers some will do this sort of work google or yellow pages is another choice

power failure or a blockage in irrigation hose. if the alarm stops and goes dead after about 12 hours, its a power failure.

if none of the above it could be the pump. my moneys on a blockage or electrical box fault
