Anyone know anything about oil paintings on canvass by Yartland?

Bought one at a car boot sale over 20 years ago and was wondering if it could be worth anything. Its in a gold guilt frame 29 inches x 41 inches.

There was a small tear on canvass and a lot of effort was spend repairing and not noticeable.

The scene is of a cottage by a lake. Very nice actually.
