    hello,

    We have just moved house and provided a reading for our old house, the current bill is now almost triple what we expected. I have run all of our appliances through your usage calculator and, even greatly overestimating our usage I cannot come close to the figure you have given us for our last bill.

    I am currently at work so not able to discuss this over the phone with customer services. How can I clarify this bill?
