    Hi all,
Any recommendations for a good portrait lens olympus fit that wont break the bank?
Ive seen this for micro 4/3
http://www.amazon.com/Sigma-30mm-F2-8-Micro-330963/dp/B0076F3RS4 but it would mean id need to buy an olympus CSC
Or this for full size 4/3?
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sigma-18-50mm-Macro-Digital-Cameras/dp/B000JDKGIO/ref=pd_ybh_4

    Cheers all!!!

    The Olympus 45mm f1.8 Zuiko.

30mm is a bit short for a portrait lens IMO.

Mind The crop factor is approximately 2, so a 20mm mft is 40mm full frame equivalent.

I use the panny 20mm f1.7 it is a great portrait lens.

yup, i was thinking that alright. I now have a body for m4/3 lenses so one of those art lenses might be worth a punt.... i have an OM 50mm 1.8 for my dslr but manual focussing is too trixy for portraits....

Seems to indicate that four thirds lens will auto focus with micro four thirds body's (with the right adapter).

The adaptor is at least 120 or so to buy. I have a 50mm OM lens which wont auto facus anyway and my other lens is 40-150 which wont be all that suitable anyway. Its looking like im between the 30mm sigma 2.8 and the more expensive zuiko 45mm 1.8..............
