Looking to do some upper body exercise. Lost a lot of weight {7 Stone}over the last year through walking and diet now I want to tone up upper body, chest and arms. Not interested in joing a gym just want something like hand weights to use at home.
My question, what weight should I use, should I buy just one weight? Should I get different weights?
    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks

Congrats on the weight loss. Sorry, I can't add much more other than you could Google exercises for upper body. Your own body can provide the resistance you need.

First congrats on what you have achieved so far. Secondly I found kettlebells to be very useful as you would only need one and you could do a whole variety of exercises. A kettlebell in the range of 4-8kg depending on fitness would suite. Just keep the exercises very basic as to avoid injury, youtube could be a great place for exercises.
