Can anyone recommend any company who does end of tenancy house cleaning for a reasonable price in Limerick?

We are moving out of somewhere we have lived for 5+ years next month and are hoping to get our deposit back by having the house pristine!

Look up the classified section of the Limerick Post newspaper, there are always cleaning services on offer there.

    - Also by law you're entitled to have left 'wear and tear' after you check the whole tenant/landlord thing out in detail.

Mod Post: The OP was looking for advice ast to a recommendation of a cleaning company for the house they were renting. The reason why they are doing so is there own business and is not open to speculation.

A lot of landlords get the house professionally cleaned prior to a new tenant arriving. We jut thought we would pay for that as we get on pretty well with our landlady and are anxious to get our full deposit back.

But thanks for your helpful response...
