Hi we installed a triton t80z which works of mains pressure. 2 bar static but less than one bar flowing. I thought we would be grand however shower won't heat the water. Triton say because attic conversion it won't work. Say I need a neg head pump. Any ideas please? Pressure to hog water attic sink is passable but sufficient. Cold very poor. Thanks

The only way of knowing how this problem can be resolved is a site visit and it really depends on how accessible the pipework to the bathroom in the attic is as to what your options are.
The ideal scenario would be to take a 3/4" feed directly from your cold water storage tank and also a 3/4" direct connection from your hot water cylinder to a 2.0 bar twin negative head pump and use this to supply water directly to the attic bathroom including your shower.
This would improve the water pressure in the bathroom as well as supplying the pressure needed to your shower and as you would not be using anything else in that bathroom while the shower is in use you would have no interuptions to the supply.
If pipework is not so accessable then a single 2.0 bar negative head pump will supply the shower unit with enough pressure (1.2bar) / flow of water (9 litres/min) for the shower to operate, but you still need to be taking a direct feed from the water tank, so the tank needs to be accessible to begin with.
    Hope thats of some help.
