    Hi guys,

About to start my first DIY project, never been very hands on but wanted to give something a shot. Am looking at building an arcade cabinet and was reading up on it. Am just starting with getting the wooden frame up but something that's come up more than once is MDO wood being superior to MDF and plywood for my purposes?

No real explanation why and when I go looking around, I can't seem to find places selling MDO at all. I'd have thought it was a typo if I hadn't seen it on two different sites.

My question is, would this be a suitable wood for my project and where in Ireland (ideally around Dublin) can I get it?

    Cheers!
