Yeah, they're waking up now.
You need to find where they enter the house and put some repellent there.

One year, the ants used to come in via the front door, walk along the walls to the backdoor and out again. As my doors weren't the best of fits, closing the door didn't stop them. They weren't interested in anything in the house, so it became a focal point. We called it the Ho Chi Min trail. It only lasted one year.:D
