Tattoo fixing/retouching?

Got my fish tattoo over a month ago and I've noticed a lot of the colour has leaked into parts where it shouldnt be there, and where it should be yellow its an icky brown colour. Can anyone recommend a good artist who could finish the tattoo and also fix it up?

Not much you can do with it if Brown has leeched into the yellow.You can't lighten a darker colour but you can darken a lighter colour.Post a pic up and lets see it??
