    Hi Fellow Boardsies,

I am hoping some of you may be able to give me your opinion of the Travel Department.

A family member has booked a tour with them for this Summer (I am one of 3 members of this family group - the other members been a teenager (17) and a 65+).

I have now checked out the Hotel which seems very much "out of town" and severely basic and simple (not that I'm looking for perfection, but a nice Hotel room you can relax in after a long day touring would be nice).

Also, does anyone know the procedure (or possible refund) if we need to cancel. Should our travel Insurance be of any assistance in this regard?

Sorry for all the questions, looking forward to your replies and opinions.

    Thanks, CompGeek.
