First communion etiquette

It's my younger sister's first communion on Saturday and I think I've just made a big mistake. I've invited three of my friends (I'm 15), two of which are not even Christian (I'm not either). I just invited all of them because we'd be having a big party with food and whatnot and thought it was an opportunity to invite them over. Have I made a big mistake? I'm starting to think now that it was awkward to invite them and I'm really regretting it. There will be non-family members there too.
How would you react to this invitation? Have you ever been in a similar situation?
    What should I do?
I didn't invite them to the church. Just the party at my house afterwards where there won't be anything religious happening (My family isn't very religious).

I don't think you made any mistake.

As well as celebrating your sisters first communion (her day), your family and friends are having a get together. You don't have to be religious to support your sister on her day, nor do your friends.

e.g. Should any non Jew be embarrassed, or reluctant to attend a function to celebrate the Bar Mitzvah of a Jewish friend ? No.

It's really as simple as that.

As long as you remember it's your sisters day, that's all that matters.

Best wishes to your sister, and enjoy the day with your sister, family and friends.

    Have a great day.
