Well there are no S4 camera features in this leak. But I've got no battery issue. Flashed it this morning and I'll be keeping it. There will be no more JKay framework for future S3 FW which is a real pain but other than that it's so far so good with 4.2.2.

Same here, no battery issues at all. I've rooted and put AutomateIt on there, so I'm in great control of the stuff that can eat battery.

Just one thing I did notice on the battery....the phone re-booted itself twice yesterday and once so far today, and on each occasion the battery seemed to drop a couple of percent. The re-boot only lasted a few seconds and didn't occur when I was doing anything important, so I can live with that seeing as how this is probably an unfinished piece of firmware. But I like to keep an eye on my battery stats, and after the re-boots the time "on battery" and use by screen were both smaller than before the re-boot. They hadn't reset to zero, but were no longer accurate (out by up to an hour on battery and 30 mins on screen).
