Just in case it's a bargain alert for anyone, I just picked up a copy on www.bookdepository.com for €37.90. It's €42 on .co.uk and £49.50 on Amazon UK so seems a good price.

    I have a question...

is this book heavy reading or is it simple enough to understand for someone who wouldnt be clued up on mobility stuff....

not read the book, but Ive seen his blog so im going to guess that its fairly easy to follow. He is pretty good at getting his point across to the layman. no doubt reading it you will learn a lot of anatomy anyway.

Waiting for my copy to arrive. KStar has soooooooo many videos up on youtube that I'm sure it will be easy to find a video explanation/demonstration to most of the movements listed in the book.

Glad a few people found it useful! I can't wait for mine to arrive, I decided to send it via parcel motel because I doubt it will fit through the letterbox.

    Cheers Dylan.

    Read that there.

I've always done the couch stretch against a wall, did it off the couch this evening & was very comfortable while feeling the stretch.

If I can do that for 2 x 1 min each leg per day 4 or 5 days a week id be happy.

Just a bit of info for anyone ordering it off bookdepository.com. I emailed them today just to make sure every thing was ok with my order because I haven't received a dispatch email yet (I ordered on Tuesday evening). They said they were still waiting for the order to delivered to them but they should receive it in the next 24hrs and then ship it.

You know it's a book about stretching right? I'd never have imagined there'd be so much excitement about stretching.

...and about moving your body the right way for lifelong health (the stuff that everyone takes for granted as automatically learned when growing up), improved strength, fixing long or short term pain, analysing where form breaks down in exercises and how to resolve it and a few other things

working my way through this book now.
Seems to be quite an easy read for a layman.
Quick question tho, if I am reproducing the exercises on my own, especially the first chapter on spinal alignment, how can you be sure you are executing it correctly?

not a question exclusive to this book as any form or movement will be better practiced with an instructor, but if you are solo how can you work through a book like this and be sure not to do further damage?
