After getting a Wilier XP Veloce which comes with Fulcrum 7s.
I want to build a lighter set of wheels but on a budget (€400ish).

Mavic Open Pro Rims
DT Swiss Revolution Spokes
Campagnolo Record Hubs Front & Rear

Does anyone have any recommendations or alternative options? My other options were possibly Hope 3 Hubs or Sapim .CX-Rays. Also what would be the best spoke configuration?
