I hope Nicky Byrne filling in for tubs is not his doing.

No Nicky's presence on 2FM was McMahon's parting gift to the nation, Healy doesnt begin till sometime next month.

Healy is spinning more bull**** than McMahon used too.You would think an outsider brought in would have the balls to tell the truth, that the ratings are a disaster and fire some presenters.

I said a couple of months ago you would see very quickly whether Healy had the courage to take the opportunity he had been given, your answer is now clear, he doesn't and nothing will change at 2fm.

He mustn't have any budget to hire/fire. You would think by now he would have put his own stamp on the schedules.

From what I have heard he is invisible around the place and day to day things like Rostering is bring handled by senior producer Paul Russell

    ...and you were wrong.

No matter who the new boss was going to be, no changes they wanted to bring in were ever likely to come about *quickly* - not in RTÉ. Any new head of 2FM would need a year at least to make his mark.

Heard a jingle yesterday just after the news saying it was an ad free weekend with thanks to harvey norman. Step in the right direction.
