just wondering what is the average amount of hours your tractor will do before filling up.
my 6290 will get 20 hours normally before needing a refill at slurry, drawing silage tec.

ya its the tractor hour clock results I was interested in. I understand that these newer clocks clock up faster than the older ones.

I fill mine once a month whether it needs it or not:D

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

The 35x could do six weeks on one tank!

Seriously, I'd say I could do 20 hours also on one tank but the tanks costs about €25.

The bottom of your tank would hardly be wet with that amount.

About 12 hours of fairly heavy labor on the A95. Smaller tank as to whats been mentioned above though...

8-10 hrs tm 140 with a 5 furrow at 20inches, think it holdes 280 lts
But it will do 4 or 5 days spraying or spreading fert

I would love to quantify this more but tractor data says a ford 6610 holds 70 litres a 6810 holds 148L and a 7610 130L. Have owned all 3 and tanks in super qubes are certainly the same size.
My 6810 is not on farming duties so is not always flat out. If I find more info on size I can give u approx usage.

Do ya have her turned up, what make of plough is it. Have got up to 6 gallons an hour through mine grubbing but ploughing with 4 furrow 16 inches not much more than 3.

Surely hours per litre or hours per gallon would be a better comparison.

Yep Sam, but easy to find what size tank your tractor has, just goggle it, then divide the total hours by that figure. But anyways, fuel consumption of the tractor is something I don't have a clue about to be honest, I probably should actually work it out, and figure it into any calculations like slurry spreading/agitating etc when I'm trying to work out if I should get in the contractor or not etc. At the minute the only thought I give to it is when I'm grumbling while paying the fuel bill etc!
