Currently roaming in Poland. Noticed that a home network phone (polish t mobile) has no problems getting internet access, but im roaming on same network and really struggling to get pages up. So do the home phones on the network get priority over roaming phones?

It wouldn't make commercial sense for that to happen. Your friend with the local phone is probably on a data plan so they're getting no extra cash from his browsing whereas you're probably paying per MB since you're roaming so it would make sense for the network to ignore him and pump gigabytes at your phone instead!

Maybe he has some stuff cached so his browser appears to be running faster???
