    Anyone know of good site or videos on good best man speeches and the outline of what you should do?

    Thanks in advance.

    Don't go looking for speeches on the net, its always fairly obvious who has found stuff on the net and then just tried to make a speech out of it and fails miserably.

    The bestman speech should;
    Thank those who have spoken before you.
    Thank the groom for asking you to be bestman (and on behalf of the grooms men and bridesmaids).
    Comment on the happy couple, welcome the bride.
    Comment on how the groom has changes since he met his new wife (sincerely first but IMO always room for a wee joke here)
    Maybe how they met or again if anything amusing happened when they first started going out.
    Talk about the groom (again sincere at first, but a short "embarrassing" story from your younger years too)
    Then a final toast to the bride and groom.

    The best speeches found on the net are from people who are naturally good speakers and we (myself included and i'm guessing you too if you're looking for advice here) will find it very hard to pull off such a speech. Short, couple of funny quick stories, cover all that needs to be said and then sit down, is always a receipt for success.
