Ulcerative colitis - getting infliximab in the UK

I have been on infliximab for UC for over 2 years. It has worked brilliantly and I have been practically symptom free since starting it. I am thinking about moving to the UK for work in the next year and I am wondering how realistic this is when on infliximab infusions?

Does anyone have any experience of trying to get infliximab for colitis on the NHS? If I can't get it from them could I work in UK but still fly home for my infusions every 8 weeks (I am a public patient)? I have tried searching for info about this but there doesn't seem to be much out there. I was wondering if anyone has any experience moving abroad while on infliximab and how they sorted everything out.
    Thanks in advance.
