Leaving joint lease, who's responsibility to get new tenant?

    Hi,

    I am leaving a joint lease with 2 mates next month and i'm just wondering who's responsibility is it to find a new tenant?

    Is it up to me to do or the lads as they'll be the one living with the person?

    Then do i get deposit back from Landlord or new Tenant?

    No but I will be leaving when the lease expires next month.

    Of your lease it up well then you contract is over and you move out simple as that. Just let you ll know you won't be renewing
