This may have been covered, but I couldn't find it in a quick search...........

My brother rents a house in Dublin and is not himself liable directly for the LPT as a tenant, is landlord should be paying. However, his landlord lives in France and does not have any other business/tax liability in this country. Its a bit more complicated than that insofar as the landlord has the house in the name of his company, rather than himself personally. Will the Revenue be able to persue the landlords company for the LPT, given that it is registered outside the country?

    Thanks
